Zinc-Rich Galvanic Primers
Standard paints seal steel but allow underfilm corrosion when scratched. Our galvanic primers pack high-density metallic zinc dust. If the primer coat is breached, the zinc sacrifices itself anodically, preventing corrosion on the underlying steel. This self-healing property is vital for structural gantry joints.
Suitable for heavy gantry grids, steel towers, and pipeline valves.

High-density polyurethane cladding sheets are laminated over primary structures to form a seal against moisture. Our ceramic-reinforced coatings insulate substrates, keeping steel temperatures below critical creep limits during high temperature ambient cycles.
